services to all its clients in
Kuwait. In line with this commitment, about 70%
of AL-DANA employees are entrusted
with the responsibility to provide clients support services.
Mode of Operation in After-Sale
All clients have an Account Manager Who functions as a single point contact for
the client. The Account Manager’s responsibility is to coordinate the various
support commitments between AL-DANA
and the client.
The AL-DANA has a workforce of
approximately 120 people.
The Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the Business Development
Consultant, and six managers each with their own business area.
